  Maintenance Requests

All service requests should be entered through the Aware Manager System. This will allow your request to go to the appropriate party and be answered in a timely manner. All requests will be answered or resolved within 24-48 hours. Service requests will not be answered if requested via telephone or email. If you have a concern or need to follow up on a request that has already been entered in the Aware manager system, please contact the management team.

Major Alterations and/or Remodeling

In order to maintain the integrity of the building systems, Hines must approve all alterations and remodeling work in writing prior to construction. Please contact the Property Management Office for further information.
