One Franklin Square offers use of Freight Elevators and the Loading Dock by request through the online reservation system.
Reservations must be submitted for use of the Freight Elevator(s) and Loading Dock to provide access to vendors, contractors or employees. Please provide the management office with the appropriate keys and passes necessary to fulfill the request upon approval.
48 hours prior notice is requested for all reservations.
Reservations do not give exclusive right to the freight elevators and/or loading dock. All reservations are subject to change based on the building's needs.
