The standard Building Hours of Operation for heating and air conditioning are as follows:

HVAC (After Hours)
In the event a Tenant requires air conditioning and heating at temperatures, amounts, or times which do not comply with the provisions of the Lease Agreement, then such service will be furnished during non-Building standard hours upon the Tenant’s written request and at the Tenant's cost and expense. All requests for additional services must be made online and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the weekday such service is required. For service on weekends or Holidays, requests must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday or last preceding business day, respectively.
In the event a Tenant fails to request HVAC services by the aforementioned times, then the Tenant will incur an additional charge for four (4) hours of labor (presently at the rate of $47.00 per hour).
