All large deliveries, equipment, freight, and bicycles must be carried on the service elevators. In circumstances requiring extended use of the service elevators (i.e. move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries), tenants must coordinate access through the tenant reservation portal at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
Loading Dock
Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
There is a 15-minute loading/unloading period for all vehicles. Delivery personnel must sign in and out at the Loading Dock Security Office. The Security Officer on Duty will direct all deliveries to their destination. Please inform all vendors that deliveries must be made via the Loading Dock and Service Elevators.
The Loading Dock is located on the north side of the building with access via the alley from 13th or 14th Street between K and L Street.
The Loading Dock is available outside normal operating hours by reserving loading dock coverage through the tenant portal.
Messengers/Couriers
All messengers and couriers are required to enter and exit the building via the Loading Dock. All messengers and couriers must sign in and out at the Loading Dock Security office and are only permitted to use the One Franklin Square service elevators.
