Hours
The garage is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Monthly parkers have 24-hour access to the garage. Overnight and extended periods of parking are discouraged however if you must leave your vehicle, please notify the garage manager on the P1 level of the garage.
The Garage Operator is Park America and their management office is located on the P1 Level of the garage to the left of the cashier’s booth as you enter the garage. The telephone number is (202) 216-4296.
Height Restriction
The maximum garage clearance is 6'-7". Please be aware that due to the low-hanging sprinkler lines, there are some areas of the garage that are lower than 6'-7". Please use caution when driving larger vehicles.
AVI Card/Building Access Card
Monthly parkers are issued a proximity card by Park America. A proximity card is used to raise the security arm at the parking booth and P1 garage level. To access the parking garage after business hours, a Building Access Card must be used to access the garage elevator lobbies.
Speed Limit
For everyone's safety, the garage speed limit is 5 M.P.H.
Visitor Parking
Parking is available on Level P4 for visitors of One Franklin Square tenants.
Parking Spaces for Disabled Individuals
There are twenty-two parking spaces in the One Franklin Square Parking Garage for disabled individuals. All spaces are adjacent to the garage elevator lobbies and have designated access aisles for greater accessibility to vehicles. Two spaces are located on the P1 level, seven spaces on P2, seven spaces on P3, and six spaces on P4.
